Tax Link makes every effort and invests significant resources to provide all of our clients with equal, respectful, accessible, and professional service. In addition, we have taken – and continue to take – steps to make the Website accessible in order to create equal opportunities in the online environment for people with various disabilities and for those who use different assistive technologies while browsing the internet.

 

Office Accessibility Arrangements

Our office is located at 7 Menachem Begin Street, Ramat Gan, Beit Gibor Sport, 33rd floor.

  • Accessible parking spaces are available in the Beit Gibor Sport parking lot (paid).
  • There is an accessible route from the parking lot, via the parking elevators, to the entrance floor and up to our office (including two additional elevators – passing through the Sky Lobby on the 29th floor and switching elevators).
  • Accessible restrooms are available near the office entrance. Identification and directional signage is in place.
  • A service animal assisting a person with a disability may be brought into the office.
  • An accessible phone line – the IVR/recorded phone response has been made accessible so that information is delivered in clear language and without background music.

Website Accessibility Information

Accessibility adjustments have been implemented on this Website in accordance with the recommendations of the Israeli Standard (SI 5568) for web content accessibility at Level AA, together with the recommendations of the WCAG 2.0 document published by the international W3C organization, which deals with internet standards.

The Website’s accessibility adjustments were tested using the most common browsers: Google Chrome and Internet Explorer. For an optimal browsing experience with screen reader software, we recommend using the latest version of NVDA.

The Website is also optimized for mobile phone use.

To make the Website accessible for people with disabilities, a number of actions have been implemented, including:

  • Using sufficient visual contrast between text color and background color.
  • Creating a clear and prominent visual change when hovering over clickable elements on the Website.
  • Providing a prominent focus indicator with a clear outline when navigating the Website using a keyboard, and maintaining a Website structure that is convenient and simple to operate with both mouse and keyboard.
  • Adding a complete and detailed site map that includes all Website pages for easier navigation and orientation.
  • Providing a quick option to skip to the main content on the page by pressing the TAB key.

Adjustments implemented for users who use screen reader software:

  • Adding appropriate alternative text to images displayed on the Website;
  • Using detailed and clear headings consistent with the information under them;
  • Adding appropriate and clear labels to the Website’s contact form;
  • Using ARIA labels to adapt various Website components for screen reader software.
