About us

Who are we?

We are a CPA firm with a team of professionals specializing in both Israeli and U.S. taxation. The expertise we have built over the years in both countries, together with hands-on experience working with the IRS and the Israel Tax Authority, and an in-depth understanding of the issues you are likely to encounter, enables us to provide you with the best possible solution. We take into account the tax rules in each country, and especially the interaction between them, in order to achieve the optimal tax outcome for you.

Meet Your Israel–U.S. Tax Experts Team

What is our goal?

Our goal is for you to stop “managing” your own filings - and instead receive what should be a given: a clear, professional, and accessible process, where you always know the next steps, the status at any given moment, and the timelines.

But that’s not all. One of the most common reasons for costly mistakes is fragmented handling: one accountant in Israel and a different accountant in the U.S., with the client in the middle. The client then ends up acting as the go-between - translating, transferring documents, and trying to ensure both sides are seeing the same picture. We work differently. Our team includes CPAs who deeply understand the U.S. side, the Israeli side, and - no less importantly - the interface between them, so the process is managed as one integrated whole.

This combination allows us to provide full end-to-end service: factoring in the tax rules in each country, understanding how they affect one another, and building a workflow that reduces mistakes, avoids duplication, and helps prevent double taxation - all within the framework of the law and the tax treaty between Israel and the United States, and tailored to your specific circumstances. Most clients come to us because they are required to file in the U.S., whether that involves Form 1040, FATCA, FBAR, or an Israeli investor who simply owns U.S. real estate. In practice, you may not realize you need more than that - one reliable point of contact you can always turn to for professional, prompt guidance on U.S. and Israeli tax matters.

How our process works

We build a customized workflow with one purpose: to make things easy for you. Here’s what it looks like:
- We start with a short, clear explanation of the process steps, so you know exactly what to expect..
- We move on to fast, efficient document collection, with minimal effort on your part.
- Along the way, you receive clear updates on the status and the filing deadlines you need to meet.
- In the final stage, we confirm that your filing has been successfully submitted, with follow-up as needed.

Our clients

We specialize in working with Israelis who have U.S. reporting obligations, especially::
- U.S. citizens and Green Card holders living in Israel.
- Israelis who own U.S. real estate.
- Israelis with businesses in the U.S., or those considering starting a business in the U.S.

In addition, we are a leading provider of the U.S. voluntary disclosure process (Streamlined Filing Compliance Procedures) to bring prior-year U.S. tax filings into compliance.
